A small software team in Najaf, Iraq, working independently since 2024 after years in different companies and projects. We take on a limited number of projects at a time so that each one gets the attention it needs.
Why we started
Before Rawafid, each of us worked in different companies and projects across Iraq, and we kept seeing the same pattern: a business owner pays up front, receives a website they do not know how to edit, and then cannot find anyone to answer when they need a small change.
In 2024 we decided to work the way we had wished for as employees: write the scope and the price before starting, register everything in the client's name, and keep answering the phone after delivery.
The name comes from the Arabic word for a tributary, the stream that feeds a river. That is how we see every project we take on: something small that feeds a larger business.
What we commit to with every client
These points are written into the proposal you sign with us, and you are entitled to hold us to them.
The price is written before we start
One figure in one document. It only changes if you change the scope, and with your written approval.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, repository and store accounts are registered to you from day one, not to us.
You see it before it is final
Every stage goes to a test link you open yourself and comment on, so there are no surprises at delivery.
Defects are our responsibility
Anything that does not work as agreed, we fix for free, with no time limit and no argument.
Plain language, no jargon
If something we say is unclear, that is on us, and we explain it again a different way.
We say no when we should
If a request would hurt the project or is not worth its cost, we say so clearly rather than sell you something you do not need.
Based in Najaf, working everywhere
Most of our work is remote, with clients in different provinces and outside Iraq, in Arabic or English. Meetings happen on WhatsApp or Google Meet, and delivery happens through test links you can open from wherever you are.
