A selection of what we have built. Some of it is in daily use by its owners, some of it is a ready-made product we tailor for each client. We do not publish client names without permission, so we describe the work and show screens from the demo versions.

Management system for a school in Najaf

The school needed one place to track students, fees, attendance and grades instead of ledgers and scattered spreadsheets. We built an Arabic system that works well on a weak mobile connection, with printable statements and WhatsApp notifications to parents.

What we built

  • A daily dashboard for collections, overdue payments and absences
  • Student records with Excel import and a statement for every student
  • Fees, payments, attendance and grades, with permissions for each teacher and staff member
  • A Windows desktop build and an Android app of the same system
  • A multi-school platform with a separate database per school, for the schools that followed

Online store for a computer and camera shop

A shop in Iraq selling laptops, cameras and components wanted to take orders from every province, not just from walk-in customers. We built a store in Arabic and English, with prices in Iraqi dinar, delivery pricing by province, and an admin panel for confirming and tracking orders.

What we built

  • Catalogue with categories, brands, filters, offers and search
  • Cart and checkout without registration, with WhatsApp order confirmation
  • Delivery to all eighteen Iraqi provinces at different rates
  • Admin panel for orders and their status, stock, categories and images
  • A template version of the same store that can be branded for any other shop

Ready-made product

Queue-based appointment system for clinics

Private clinics in Iraq do not run on exact time slots but on queue numbers in an evening session, so we built the system around that. Patients book from their phone with just a name and number and follow the queue live. Reception runs the session from a computer.

What we built

  • A booking page for patients with no account and nothing to install, in large type with one decision per screen
  • A "Next" button at reception that moves the number patients see in real time
  • Reminders, confirmations, cancellations and reschedules as ready-made WhatsApp messages
  • A patient register that builds itself from bookings, with visit and no-show history
  • Attendance and no-show reports, Excel export, and a printable QR poster for reception
